Our Practice

Mark Testa, DC, MHA attended the Southern California University of Health Sciences, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and graduated in 1990 and received his Masters of Health Administration in 2011. He specializes in injury specific joint manipulation, myofascial techniques and advanced biomedical acupuncture for pain and sports injury. He used evidence based clinical nutrition for long term, conservative pain management andhas specialized training in occupational and auto injuries.

Dr. Testa is Level I Certified and has extensive knowledge of the Colorado Workers Compensation Treatment Guidelines. He has worked within and as part of a multidisciplinary medical team for most of his career. His short treatment plans are functionally based and patient centered with a strong emphasis on education, self care and independence.

Dr. Testa has trained at Beijing University in advanced biomedicalacupuncture; he has helped establish chiropractic privileges at Boulder Community Hospital. Dr. Testa is a pioneer in integrating acupuncture and manipulation within the primary care and specialty medical model.  He has a strong message for expanding the continuum of care with cost effective, safe options. 

Mark lives in Denver with his wife and golden retriever. For fun he plays percussion, enjoys wine making, cooking, music and the outdoors.

Treatment Philosophy 

Our initial treatment plans are designed to be effective in six to eight visits. All treatment plans are designed and modeled from evidence based research and treatment guidelines for musculoskeletal injury and pain. Treatment plans are comprehensive and address all factors involved in helping your condition. We will co-manage your care with your medical specialist or primary care provider to ensure continuity in the continuum of care. We specialize in treating injuries caused by automobile, sports and  work injuries and conditions of aging.
